The opportunity to gain financial success is only limited to one’s mind. With that said, it is vital for us to teach our young the importance of money through entrepreneurship. Children begin learning about money before school begins. Youngster and preschoolers learn from their parents that money can be exchanged for toys, gadgets, and other products in shops, but they often do not know the number of bills or coins needed or their value. To educate your kids, Junior Prenuer is an organization who aims to increase financial literacy in the Philippines. Our objective is to teach young kids the value of money with our advocacy that each kid entrepreneur participant will exercise on how to EARN, LEARN, SAVE and SHARE. Our event were sponsored and joined by other organization, both religious and commercial. Our organization strengthens the belief of social responsibility through charity by teaching the Junior Prenuers the concept of donating.
Last year, kids as young as 4 participated in an whole day event at the People’s Village in Tiendesitas where they formed a business, hired staff such as their parents, opened business accounts, purchased merchandises, set up their stores or booths, negotiated their price with actual buyers and performed charity work such as donating money to Cribs Foundation and Tahanan Sta. Luisa.
For this summer vacation, The Junior Preneur is inviting everyone to be part of Junior Preneur Summer Workshop, a selling exercise & learning workshop for children happening on April 14, 2013 (Sunday) at People’s Village, Tiendesitas, Pasig City. Aside from kids being entrepreneur even for 1-day, Junior Preneur Kids will have a chance to explore their other interests by attending workshops sponsored by our partners at:

Singing (by Yamaha School of Music
